Well since long time ago I contacted with Dr. Bader through the TIG website and she talked about her project in the Agricultural profit economical small projects for youth and women, and she talked to me how her project can provide the food and the money for the needed poor people whom they have no idea about any thing of agriculture or things like that, anyhow I liked the idea but I didn’t ever think that we going to gather people and have even a small hit!!
So while I was talking with my best friends ,she told me about Dr. Bader and yet I discovered from our discussion with her that it’s a really great thing if we only just started and if we didn’t made anything for the community at least we will have a very precious knowledge to live with it!
As me and the other Agricultural members who in the agriculture career we saw that we must simplify the information for those who in the projects and in another career” arts, business… whosoever”
We all started to make the arrangements and the contacts and started to gather some youth from Alexandria and when we decided to held our first meeting we saw some obstacles such as the location we going to held in it the meeting it was in the agriculture college farm it’s a very wide farm and in some how far from the town and in this place it could some bad things happen such as some people can get lost and do not how to reach, also it could be bad for alone people how walk there alone regarding that they do not have a car!!
So I decided that we all can gather in a known place and guide them to there so we can be in a group.
As our first meeting we was not very much regardless how much Egyptians members mentioned in our project website as the only well ambitions youth how decided to come with us and the others who rather preferred to stay home I guess they was somehow have their own problems or they don’t even interested enough to hit the road of knowledge
We was only 5 me and 4 girls “Amira, Amany, Nahla and Sherien”
It felt really good as we was together hitting the unknown, we met there Dr. Bader and we took our first lecture and it was about how we can make a profitable project in the fruits “Pomology” fruits sciences it was not bad at all as it was our first meeting there and I really hoped that things be better and we can be more and much serious about the project.
We went also in a funny adventure such as us going home and get lost in a place and we laugh much, really it was like a short trip mixed with fun and lots of useful information.
Then a week passed and it was the time for our second and it was really great, why??
It was great because we was that time 9 “can u believe that?!” well we was 3 men and 6 girls me, Ahmed and Hussein and “Amira, Amany, Aliyaa, Nahla, Sherein and Shimaa”
It was extremely fun and great, it such a great feeling when u see that we can do a thing and we can’t never lose hope as long as we have this shining sun in the end of our road !
We also gathered and we hit the road again and this time the lecture was more active, more interactive and more interesting and exciting.
We learn the silk worm breeding principals and the honey bees breeding principals and how we can have with a small portion of money and an open place we can have a very profitable project can reach to 10 time more thane the working capital can u believe it? It really great to start with some how say 40 LE. And yet in only a month u can have about 400 LE. Without doing anything but the caring and the watching!!
For sure such this 2 projects “honey bees and silk worm” can’t be done only if we had a good training by out own hands and our own will though some people from our group decided to join this field and start to take a training free course there WOW it was great such this aspirant as this guys will go there daily and work and see and watch these cute honey bees, its really awesome!!
By the end of this marvelous day we went home looking forward the next meeting and I’m sure we will be more youth, more interested and more great!
If anyone interested to join us regardless your position, your age come on and have a portion of the knowledge.
And for those who live out boards and join Green Hands we will soon provide them with the materials as soon as we make it simplified and more interested but I prefer those Egyptian youth it’s better to listen and watch and have fun with us , guys its like you are in a picnic listing to an interesting story!! It’s really fun!
And as I always say “life is such a huge school we keep learning and learning till we die!!”
I hope the upcoming days will be more useful and great and I hope I see more people with me in this alpha project!!
